Order Processing and Shipping

Order Processing Standard order processing takes 1 to 2 working days. Any orders received during weekends or official holidays will be scheduled for processing on the subsequent working day.

Dispatch Period Following order confirmation and preparation, shipments will be arranged within 2 to 3 working days for timely delivery.

Delivery Time and Shipping Methods

We have two official shipping services for European destinations:

Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) We bear all relevant import taxes and levies for the following countries, so recipients will not incur any extra charges. Countries covered: Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, France, Portugal, Poland, Italy, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Czech Republic, Hungary, Ireland, Greece. Estimated delivery time: 7 to 14 working days post-dispatch.

Standard Delivery Available for all other European countries. The typical delivery window is 10 to 20 working days. Please get in touch with our team to enquire about shipping terms and pricing.

Shipping Costs

Competitive shipping tariffs apply to wholesale and large-volume orders, varying by order quantity and delivery country. We aim to minimise your logistics expenses, and complimentary shipping is available for substantial orders. Feel free to reach out to our customer service team for specific quotations.

Track Your Order

Upon shipment confirmation, a tracking reference will be sent to your registered email address. Real-time tracking is available on 17track.net. There is a 1 to 2 working day delay before tracking data becomes visible.

Shipping to Non-EU Countries

Delivery services are available for regions beyond the European Union. Kindly consult our support team for tailored shipping arrangements. Rates and transit periods differ across countries.

Change or Cancel Order

Amendments to delivery details and order cancellations are permitted only before shipment is arranged. Once dispatched, orders cannot be altered or revoked. Please reach out to our support team without delay.

Lost, Damaged, or Late Orders

  • Lost Consignments In case of non-delivery, please notify our team without delay. We will conduct an inquiry and provide either a replacement shipment or reimbursement.
  • Damaged Goods For damaged parcels, please capture photos of the packaging and contents, and submit a claim within 48 hours. Compensation via replacement or refund will be provided.
  • Transit Delays Customs procedures or carrier operations may lead to delivery hold-ups. Monitor your shipment and get in touch with us for support when needed.

Shipping Restrictions

In accordance with national laws and regulations, delivery of disposable vapes is not permitted in certain destinations. We recommend you verify local import requirements prior to purchase. Any delays or rejections imposed by customs authorities are beyond our liability.
